With proper training and scientific guidance, he increased his production and income steadily, ensuring a better standard of living and becoming a role model for other farmers.<\/p>\n<h3>Background (The Situation)<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Earlier, Rasiklal Tudu relied on small-scale farming, which provided low and uncertain income. Rising family needs motivated him to search for a sustainable livelihood.
